Virginia “Ginny” A. Cabai, J.D., LL.M.

Ginny Cabai is a member of The Trust Company’s team of in-house attorneys. She administers trusts and estates for families and business owners, and builds relationships with successive generations, assisting them with future planning. Ginny is also fluent at guiding beneficiaries through the detailed process of estate settlement. Prior to joining the Trust Company, Ginny served for several years as Senior Vice President, Trust and Estate Administrator at FineMark National Bank & Trust in Naples, FL. She administered trusts and assisted clients in understanding their current estate plans, as well as provided guidance and recommendations for developing plans and achieving their wealth transfer goals. Earlier, she served as Vice President, Trust Officer at US Trust in Naples where she administered revocable trusts for grantor beneficiaries and irrevocable trusts for spouses and beneficiaries. Ginny obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Law at University of Florida, Gainesville, FL, her Juris Doctor at Stetson University College of Law, St. Petersburg, FL and her LL.M. in Taxation at University of Miami Law School, Coral Gables, FL.
She is a member of the Florida Bar, Collier County Women’s Bar Association, Collier County Bar Association, and University of Florida Alumni Association. She is also the current Director and Scholarship Committee Chair of SWFL Gator Club. Ginny’s office is within The Trust Company’s Bell Tower location in Fort Myers.
