Margaret McMorrow Joins The Naples Trust Company

Margaret (Maggie) McMorrow, J.D. has joined The Naples Trust Company as senior vice president, wealth services advisor. She is responsible for developing client relationships in both Collier and Lee Counties by assisting them in identifying and prioritizing their wealth management needs. “We are thrilled to have a professional of Maggie’s caliber join the team,” said Naples President, Billie Ann Porter, CFP®, CTFA. “She is highly regarded among her peers throughout Southwest Florida and will be a significant asset to our clients.”
Maggie has a long-standing career in the trust industry. Prior to joining The Naples Trust Company, she served at Northern Trust in Bonita Springs for 14 years as senior vice president, senior trust advisor where she proactively assessed client needs, and planning and development of their estate plans and wealth transfer goals. She also has her juris doctor and actively practiced law from 1998 to 2007 prior to transitioning to the trust industry. She is an active member of the Collier and Lee County Bar Associations and served on the board of directors of the Collier County Bar Association. She is a current board member and secretary of Interfaith Charities of South Lee, is a member of the Trust & Estates Section of the Collier County Bar Association, Estate Planning Council of Naples, Inc., and Estate Planning Council of Lee County. She is also past board president of the Collier County Bar Foundation and Collier County Women’s Bar Association.
Included among her awards are the Medal of Honor, Collier County Bar Association and Woman Lawyer of the Year, Collier County Women’s Bar Association. Maggie obtained her Bachelor of Science in psychology and her juris doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, Fort Lauderdale, FL.
