The Tampa Bay Trust Company recently held a program for clients and guests entitled, “The Trump Effect – What it Means for Financial Markets” at Belleair Country Club. The presentation was given by senior portfolio manager, Andrew Vanderhorst, CFA, CFP, CLU and Trust Company president, Michael R. Dreyer, CPA.
Vanderhorst and Dreyer covered the recent rally in the US equity markets, the administration’s proposed corporate and individual tax policies, as well as expectations for fiscal stimulus.
Several questions from the audience ranged from expectations on specific equities to U.S. trade policies. “This was our first program since opening our new office in Belleair,” said CEO Terry Igo, “and we were honored that so many of our clients and guests were able to join us to hear what is sure to be an evolving discussion. We have much more planned in the community throughout the year.”
The Tampa Bay Trust Company’s new office is located at 1314 S. Fort Harrison Avenue around the corner from the country club community.
