Constant Promoted to Senior Vice President at Tampa Bay Trust Company

Allison Constant is a central point of contact for the company’s Family Office Services clients. She meets regularly with client families and their external advisors. In addition to an array of responsibilities, she prepares and maintains clients’ personal financial statements and reviews the accounting and financial reporting for all business entities, including cashflow analysis and estate tax calculations. “Allison has been a pivotal member of the Family Office Services team from the beginning,” said Director of Family Office Services, Hood Craddock, CPA. “Her exceptional skills combined with her caring demeanor are a true benefit to our clients and this promotion is well deserved.”
She has an established career in the financial industry, having served as an estate planner for a Central Florida regional family office for several years, assisting clients in developing and implementing their estate plans. Earlier, she served as Controller of 26 subsidiary companies, managing tax reporting, human resources, and accounting.
Constant graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Florida where she earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting. She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and a dedicated volunteer at the Humane Society and SPCA.
