The Tampa Bay Trust Company held a presentation for approximately 40 Lakeland clients, special guests and business professionals at Grasslands Country Club last week entitled, “What’s Next for the Market?” Senior portfolio manager, Andrew Vanderhorst, CFA, CFP®, CLU® highlighted trends in the market influenced by the new Trump administration, from tax reform to trade regulations.
“We are delighted to host our first Lakeland program,” said Michael R. Dreyer, CPA, President of The Tampa Bay Trust Company. “Our colleague, Huck Harris, who is a member of our Family Office Services team is a long-time Lakeland resident, as well as member of Grasslands Country Club. Our locations in Tampa Bay and Winter Haven make Lakeland an ideally positioned market for us to serve. We already have several clients in the area and want to provide more quality discussions for our key audiences.”
Hood Craddock, CPA, Director of Family Office Services for the company followed Vanderhorst with commentary on the importance of having a quarterback to the many important professionals that make up an investor’s trusted pool of advisors. He focused on not only investment management and trust administration, but legal, accounting, insurance and real estate considerations that are critical to the health of an individual, couple or business owner’s well-thought out estate plan. www.tampabaytrustcompany.com
